I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, communication, self-esteem, and trauma. I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy, a trauma informed model (similar to EMDR). I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I’m here to help you set goals and become the best version of yourself.
I believe that you’re stronger than you realize and together we can work to uncover and ignite your innate strengths. I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family from Utah State University. I have experience working with couples and the young adult population. I also work with individuals and families coping with grief and loss.
