I work with clients from early childhood to adulthood across various life stages. We partner to address “big feelings” and behaviors, as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, and low self-esteem. My foundational approach is rooted in person-centered and strengths-based principles. With younger clients, I leverage techniques from play and creative arts therapies, as well as mindfulness tools. For adolescents and adults, I employ an eclectic toolkit with methods from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Design Thinking to guide the therapeutic process.
Throughout my career, I've worked across diverse settings such as medical clinics, universities, corporate environments, and private practice. This journey has allowed me to connect deeply with people as they share their experiences and craft their intended stories. What energizes me is collaborating with clients as they navigate their unique life paths.
