I'm a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in areas of PTSD, anxiety, spirituality, self-esteem, and sexuality as well as the expat & digital nomad population. I have worked as a life coach with clients from all over the world, including Australia, Canada, the UK, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Singapore, and throughout Europe.
I want to teach you to love yourself. We all carry a lot and do not need to do so on our own. Shame binds us and keeps us from being fully ourselves and fully alive. I want to help you rewrite the narratives that might be holding you back. I try to offer the space to let out what might be trapping you and the space to realize you are not alone.
