Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone. Sometimes the people around you won't understand your journey. They don't need to, it's not for them.
In therapy, I provide a person centered approach where your child will have the opportunity to develop their own treatment plan, identifying their own therapeutic goals. I am a firm believer that everyone is different, and there is no clear pathway to alleviating negative behaviors or personal struggles with just one specific intervention.
Together we will utilize a variety of approaches to develop coping skills to push through struggles and change behavior. I provide my clients with activities & assignments to continue working on the skills while they are at home to continue with their healing process and show independence. Let's see if there's a connection between myself and your loved one.
