I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in VA who believes that each of us has inner strength to help us cope with life’s struggles. My passion for working with others has been life long and my desire to help others is my greatest gift. I am passionate about helping those who are struggling with addictions, couples and/or spouses whose relationships have been affected by infidelity, and those who have gone through or are going through the process of separation and/or divorce. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients begin the recovery process to repair their marriages or learn to live healthy lives as separate individuals.
I have advanced training in the area of Partner Betrayal Trauma after completing the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model Training (MPTM) designed by the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and I am certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
