Are you a high-achieving person who needs help shedding negative self beliefs, unhealthy patterns or releasing anxiety and depression? Many clients come to me when they have tried generic coping skills or seen a therapist that they didn't click with or didn't "get it." My clients come to have an unbiased outlet for improving relationships, reducing stress and/or releasing tough memories. Let's break the mold together!
My specialty is helping people understand and break patterns that lead to stress, burnout, anxiety and depression, and in treating trauma and PTSD. Additionally, I focus on supporting the family system (teens, parents, families, and young adults). I offer talk therapy for teens and adults and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for adults.
It can be scary to start therapy, but you are brave! I'll be here to work with you to find the beauty on this messy journey. I value honesty, authenticity and believe good therapy CAN help. I'm a straight Cisgender female who supports neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I attend a Jewish Synagogue and welcome all religions.
