When your child is struggling, seeking out therapy or an evaluation can be incredibly overwhelming. I am here to walk with you through this process! My areas of expertise include assessing and providing therapy to neurodiverse children/adolescents ages 2-23. I love empowering individuals with symptoms of autism, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, learning disorders, and twice exceptional learners (and their parents!). I worked in a local school district for several years and bring that knowledge with me into sessions to support an individual's emotional and behavioral functioning not only at home, but also at school.

I am a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP). I provide comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological evaluations, evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and ACT), and behavior management training for parents and guardians.

During a child's therapy session, I typically spend 5-10 minutes getting an update from the parent. Then, I spend about 30-35 minutes with the child engaging in targeted, evidence-based activities that align with the treatment goals. At the end, we spend 5-10 minutes all together summarizing the main points from the session and giving a weekly challenge for both the child and parent to work on.
