Therapy includes you and your therapist (as well as your natural supports, when possible/necessary) working closely together to help change your feelings, behaviors, and thoughts. There will be things done together during your sessions, as well as things for you to focus on and apply at home. Some changes may come quickly, but some will take more time and effort for a lasting change.
Integrating techniques from various therapeutic models, I use a collaborate approach to implement creative interventions and I enjoy thinking outside the box to find new solutions to difficult problems. Common concerns I work with include: late-diagnosed autistic adults, trauma, and issues related to gender and sexuality. My clients include teens and adults.
