My name is Kelly Ordonez and I've been a licensed Clinical Psychologist for over 13 years. Whether you are new to participating in therapy or have had therapy off and on over the years, I will meet you where you are at. I like to empower people to use the tools they have and add some new ones into the rotation to support them in their mental health journey. I tend to work with clients of a variety of ages and life milestones. From college students, to newly adulting, from first time mothers trying to figure out their new identity to almost empty nesters trying to redefine their identity, I enjoy working with them all.
My experiences of working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday difficulties help me to create a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. I tend to be eclectic in the style of therapy I use because every person I work with needs something different.
I may use attachment theory to help you process childhood hurts that impact your current relationships. I may use more Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with those that are trying to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, or parenting difficulties.
