Hi there, I'm Kelly! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of California, Utah, and Maine. As your therapist I will support you in building the skills you need to navigate everyday life stressors. I have years of experience working in the areas of anxiety, trauma, suicidality, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, and relationship issues. I also have had the opportunity to work in diverse settings both inpatient and outpatient programs, long and short term, and with various populations of different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I have years of experience working with a variety of populations and in diverse settings. I have the most experience in areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, adjustment disorders, life transitions, and many more. I believe the best modalities to use are CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving and strength based.
It can be difficult at times to find openness and support and I am happy to help with those challenges. It is important to develop a safe non-judgmental space to help build a better trusting relationship to help guide you and learn ways to live with more joy and fulfillment in your life.
