Hi! I'm Kelly Miltenberger, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. For over 10 years I have been working with children and adults from diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. My goal is to provide everyone with a safe, comfortable space to allow honest expression of your thoughts and feelings. There is no right or wrong when it comes to our emotions, all feelings are valid and important.
I use a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities that treat a wide range of mental health concerns such as attachment issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, work/school stress, among many other stressors. Treatment modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused.
