I specialize in working with women, children and families. My work focuses on clients with concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, grief, attachment and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and Rhythmic Movement. I use these techniques as well as talk, mindfulness, relaxation, art and play to support client growth.
