I have worked in the mental health field since 2010 beginning my work in a residential setting, providing services in an in-home setting, and recently working in a private practice setting. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I use a client centered approach to help clients focus on attainable goals to work towards, as well as combining other modalities such as; cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and emotionally focused approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are at on their journey and collaborating care with them to reach their desired goals.
