From Meltdowns to Mindfulness: A Co-Regulation Education and Support group for parents and caregivers. This group will help you to - Better understand and respond to your child's needs - Learn coping skills for yourself AND your child - Practice self-regulation and co-regulation in real time with other parents and caregivers.
