Hello! I'm glad you're here. As a health psychology (Ph.D.) clinician by training and current postdoctoral resident, I offer both specialized and general psychology services (therapy and testing) in a warm, approachable private practice setting. I'm fortunate to provide individual therapy and psychological evaluations under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Mazzio.
My training specialty is health psychology, namely assessment and therapy related to conditions including cancer, chronic pain, reproductive health, organ disease/transplant, and caregiving. I also enjoy providing general psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Finally, I offer psychoeducational evaluations for, e.g., adult ADHD.
I value diversity, fairness, and inclusion, and cultural humility in my professional and personal lives. My clinical work is also informed by my years of behavioral health research on topics including LGBTQ+ health, chronic illness, and health within close relationships.
