Thank you for visiting my page. I have current openings on Mondays at 6p.m., Saturdays at 9:30a.m. and 11:00a.m. I am a board-certified psychologist with over 20 years of experience. Some areas I work with include: Grief, coping with history of trauma and abuse, career concerns, workplace difficulties, romantic relationship issues, difficulty starting relationships, coping with break-ups, difficult relationships with your family of origin, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, social anxiety, depression, self-compassion, parenting a college student, being a college student, self-forgiveness, anger management, and finding meaning in life.
In the first 2 appointments we will work together to figure out your goals and to figure out what barriers are getting in your way from achieving your goals. My therapy style is collaborative. So, if your goals change, just let me know. My goal is for you to feel heard in each session and to also give you some tools and insights each week.
