I will assist you in exploring your thoughts and beliefs to maximize change, which will allow each of you to work toward a future that is uniquely healthy, happy, and hopeful. With your goals in mind, I will facilitate the change that you want to see.
My theoretical orientation includes, but is not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and post-modern approaches. My expertise is in individual, adolescent, and couples counseling. I am a licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, and qualified supervisor.
As a counselor my fundamental beliefs and professional identity are deeply ingrained in the idea that every individual is capable of growth and positive transformation.
