Sometimes in life we feel stuck, helpless, or alone. Sometimes it seems as though it will be impossible to feel anything good again. There is hope! It is my goal to help you determine your individual skills and strengths in order for you to get back to your best self. We will also look at how physical health and implement small changes that might be helpful. I generally work with grief, anxiety management, bettering relationships, adjusting to life changes, and educating others about mental health and well-being.
I believe therapy is not "one size fits all." I strive to meet people where they are and help them set goals for the present and the future. The relationship between counselor and client is key to success, as well as creating a space where everyone feels safe and comfortable. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and groups.
