With over 30 yrs experience assisting individuals and families in recovery based treatment interventions such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Family Based Therapy (FBT), I may be able to assist you.
My past experience includes working at a premier psychiatric hospital for over 17 yrs providing individual, family and group psychotherapy, as well as leading treatment teams in forensic settings. I have a particular interest in assisting women struggling with body dissatisfaction and binge eating.
