My approach is short-term and solution-focused including Cognitive therapy, Psychodynamic theory, and developmental psychology. I am a big supporter of the use of Positive psychology and making the process of recovery gentle and life-affirming which provides individuals with the knowledge, tools, and experiences that allow them to overcome life's challenges.
