Welcome! I specialize in providing integrative, holistic psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. I am skilled in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, career/life transitions and many more. I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities and provide a combination of support, best practices and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems.
I have a background in community mental health, having worked with some of our community’s most vulnerable populations, including high risk adolescents. My Specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Relationships (family therapy), Blended families, Co-parenting, Stress management, Trauma and PTSD.
