I have professional experience working with individuals and groups experiencing depression, anxiety, mens issues, stress, and those with intellectual and developmental difficulties. In addition, I am a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) and have additional training earning an Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) Graduate Certificate from UNCC.
My goal as your therapist and your ally, is to improve your understanding and experience of life. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy and focus on positive reinforcement, resourcefulness, and helping you envision a better future utilizing CBT & Solution Focused Therapy methods. Groups
Men's Group: Defy the Stereotype
Come connect with other men in a casual atmosphere. This in person group will be for a series of 7 meeting on alternating Thursday evenings. Topics of the group will include relationships, stress, career, health, etc. All male identifying adults (18+) are welcome including those who identify as LGBTQIA. $250 for the whole series, with a $100 deposit due at registration 704-759-6525 Preregistration required.
