Hi, I’m Kelly! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in the state of NC. I have been working as an outpatient child/adolescent therapist for the last three years. My goal as a therapist is to create an environment that you feel comfortable growing in. I love using humor in therapy! I have experience with treating children/adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, as well as detailed parenting skills for children with behavioral struggles. I also have experience working with young adults that are transitioning to/from college.
I specialize in exposure-based therapy to reduce anxiety. If you are looking for a therapist that is willing to challenge your fears, I may be a perfect fit! I am certified in a treatment modality called MATCH-ADTC, that I use in my therapeutic work to help parents find what parenting techniques works best for your home.
