Through building self-compassion and mindfulness I can help you to feel more present in your life. My treatment approach combines active exploration and practical solutions to aid you in discovering an authentic and meaningful life. I will help you to highlight your personal strengths in order to better adjust to life transitions, improve relationships and better understand emotions/behaviors.
In therapy I will help you restore balance and wellness. I have extensive experience in depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions and trauma. I have a specialty in issues around motherhood such as balancing parenting, marriage and work and finding fulfillment. I focus on helping you embrace the transition of starting and raising a family.
Life requires that we continually adjust and adapt. I will work with you on ways to best navigate these changes so that you can create and maintain positive experiences and emotions.
