Therapy should be a space where you feel you can be yourself, even during some of the lowest points in life. My approach to therapy is to provide guidance, support, and feedback in a space where you feel heard and validated. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, in both outpatient and crisis services, with people of all ages and severity of mental health symptoms. My goal is to help you develop the skills needed to work through the difficult times we experience when navigating life challenges.
Using a trauma informed and person-centered approach, we will work together to get you to a place where you can feel fulfilled and empowered to take on the future. Starting therapy can be overwhelming and stressful, but I encourage you to take that first step.
I offer telehealth sessions 2-3 days per week.
