I utilize child-centered play therapy techniques for children ages 2-11 to address trauma, behavioral issues, and other life stressors. I am dedicated to partnering with teens and adults to help you understand the past does not define you. I am here to provide the support and encouragement needed to take control and make the changes necessary so you are empowered to define your own future!
After 20 years of military service and as a Master Resilience Trainer in the Air Force, I have learned first-hand the value of resilience and having the power and ability to overcome life's challenges. I will empower, support, and provide you with the tools necessary to process your past trauma and/or experiences and work through your current struggles.
