In order to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety I counsel individuals, couples and families, offering tools in our sessions to assist with conflict resolution, anger management, effective communication, self care, and grief recovery. Encouraging each person to take care of themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually in order to live up to their fullest potential.
