I'm a licensed clinical social worker who has experience in clinical, medical, and educational settings, having spent many years working with students, families, and educators. My area of specialty is cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on connecting the mind and body by identifying the ways that thoughts influence behaviors leading to lifelong change.
