With over twenty years of mental health experience with varied backgrounds, I aim to help when life gets to life-ing too hard, when depressive symptoms are too heavy, when anxiety may be overwhelming or relationships go sideways.
My background includes working as an outpatient therapist with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use issues and ci-occuring diagnoses.
