I do not have an ideal client, except to say I enjoy working with people who are willing and ready to take steps towards feeling better and more emotionally healthy. Sometimes, these steps include some hard work, inc. retraining their thought processes. Many of my current clientele are women or men experiencing depression, grief issues or anxiety in adjusting to life transitions. These life transitions may include death of a loved one, chronic illness, adjusting to marriage/divorce, and parenthood, etc. I find that most people are resilient and possess inner strength they may not always recognize.
I understand that starting the therapy process can be a difficult and sometimes intimidating task for many people. I am here to help, not judge or condemn. I have been through some difficult life experiences myself, and I know that having a caring professional to help you through that can feel really beneficial. I would love to be that person for you!
