I work with individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, and/or mood disorders. I am also PSI trained to work with those facing challenges around pregnancy and the postpartum period. I will help you rediscover who you are and rebuild your self-esteem. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, yet focused on solutions.
I blend my techniques so that sessions are tailored to you as an individual.
