I help clients gain the confidence to speak from the heart, live authentically & have peace releasing some of the emotional responsibility they carry. I’m no stranger to working with clients who struggle with anxiety, attachment/relational trauma, shame and just want to be free to be themselves. Over the years I’ve found that most of the anxiety issues I’ve worked with started from a life experience or circumstance. When clients come to therapy they begin to understand that anxiety isn’t necessarily who they are, but their anxiety helped them adapt to some very tricky people, environments and situations.
Clients can expect to understand patterns of a anxiety and trauma, improve awareness of nervous system activation & how to attend to their needs and renovate beliefs to support peace and inner harmony. Using EMDR & IFS, It’s my hope that therapy can provide the clarity to empower you to be expressive and fully embrace each life moment with confidence
