I focus on clients navigating a difficult time in their lives, whether that is infertility, infidelity, divorce, or realizing that they have a history of spiritual trauma or sexual abuse to heal from. I have a particular affinity for people who are navigating a Dark Night of the Soul, sometimes thought of as an existential crisis. My ideal client is looking to heal and move through difficult times by exploring deeply into their issues, challenges, and traumas.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Using a combination of these therapy models, as well as integrating Jungian archetypes, dream analysis, ancestral or inherited traumas, and mindfulness practices, I seek to bring more connection to a client's body, mind, and spirit.
There is a psychological concept called a Dark Night of the Soul, defined as "a stage in personal development when a person undergoes a difficult and significant transition to a deeper perception of life and their place in it."
