I approach therapy with a client-centered, strength based approach. I offer a warm and accepting therapeutic room where I hold space for my clients to be authentic, vulnerable, and understood. I utilize CBT, DBT, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), among others and tailor therapy to your individual needs and comfort.
