Are you struggling to get where you want to go? Do you need a safe spot to build strategies to manage life adjustments, unhealthy patterns or mental health symptoms? My passion is working as a team with clients, serving as a sounding board, and brainstorming how to best apply and build CBT/DBT based therapy techniques to help define and achieve your vision. I have a strong faith background and will incorporate it for anyone who wants this, but also welcome clients who choose not to use this area of services.
I want you to feel supported, yet "mildy uncomfortable" or challenged in therapy. I do not want my clients to have an experience where they are just "floating" by in therapy, feeling supported, yet not reaching the level of growth that could be experience.
I offer free 5-10 minute phone consultations as requested to determine if my services would be a good fit for you. If it is determined that my services could be of help, I will give you access to my client portal, where you can easily schedule appointments at your convenience!
