My treatment focus is working clients who have experienced trauma and helping them work through the impact of thosr traumatic experiences using talk therapy and mind/body work to heal and move forward. I have years of experience working with males with addicton issues and criminal backgrounds. I also have equal exprience working with preteens and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and self esteem. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and gender affirming.
l practice from a person-centered, strengths-based, and existential framework in order create a safe space for clients, validate their experiences, and provide unconditional positive regard. I use humor and warmth in sessions in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship so that we can work together to achieve your goals.
