I became a therapist because I believe we all deserve a safe space to process. In this safe space, it is my goal to provide clients with an environment where they may fully be their authentic self. I specialize in providing services to individuals seeking support for trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, career exploration, relationship concerns, attachment work, grief and loss, and identity exploration.
Throughout my practice I have learned the most effective approach is one that is personalized to meet the needs of each individual person. To honor the unique and genuine concerns each client presents, I have developed an approach that integrates concepts of CBT, EMDR, Somatic/Mindfulness work, Narrative Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy approaches.
