I have walked alongside teens and young adults for 11 years in both their heartaches and healing. I have an ever-growing passion to help them see beyond the pain of their circumstances and pursue the coping skills that help to make life more manageable.
I utilize evidence-based practices to improve individual and relational functioning. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based with a strong relational style. I am also able to provide a faith-based Christian perspective if desired.
