My clients include adolescents and adults navigating mood disorders, low self-esteem, stress, challenging life changes, faith transitions and religious trauma. I have extensive experience with Borderline Personality Disorder and offer treatment and hope through a combination of modalities including DBT skills.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused, Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mindfulness. My therapeutic role is to empathetically hold a safe space for you to share your story and collaboratively rewrite the patterns that keep you stuck.
