Beginning with a new therapist can feel overwhelming. I understand and do my best to make clients feel comfortable. I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where I can help clients at their own pace.
I work with clients to develop their own goals. I guide progress by helping clients explore their identified problem and how it is affecting their lives. We then work together to make change through insight, psycho education and problem solving.
Often times, clients believe therapy is about learning new coping skills and improving self care. Those are great tools but therapy is also about resolving what is negatively affecting us so that we can enjoy our daily lives and relationships much more. Thank you for your consideration!
