I value achieving a balance in life through mindfulness and flexibility. I enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities with my family and practicing Yoga.
I incorporate mindfulness techniques into my counseling practice and encourage my clients to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques and most often, use person centered and solution focused interventions to help my clients make positive changes in their lives.
