I welcome clients of all ages from all walks of life and backgrounds. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self image, family struggles, situational stress and I am confident helping clients adopt and build coping skills, social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
I draw from a variety of theories in order to tailor therapy to each individual client. I believe that although individuals may have similar stressors and presenting concerns, there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I strive to create a judgement free, accepting, comfortable, and safe space for each client as I aspire to help, encourage, challenge, learn, and listen with an open heart and mind. I am excited to meet you and embark on this counseling journey with you!
