Inside Out
Each class will define a new emotion, and learn a new coping skill. Throughout each week, parent and child will continue to add to their "Feel Better Box" filled with supplies for coping skills for managing emotions and communication. This class will promote communication skills, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, and relationship enhancement.

Walk and Talk
This is a group I am developing for people interested in taking nature walks or hikes as a group therapy experience. The minimum participants is 2, and the maximum number of participants for this group will be 6. Of course, I do utilize walk and talk for individual sessions near my office in downtown Redlands.
