I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, as we all face challenges in this life. My vision is to journey with clients as we lean into the truths that our stories and experiences are valid, and finding compassion for our imperfections is often where we find our greatest strength.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach in my work. I'm EMDR trained, which is powerful for clients processing trauma. I'm also trained in ERP, a helpful approach for anxiety and OCD. I have expertise in working with spiritual and religious trauma. As a follower of Jesus, I gladly integrate faith in sessions if desired by the client.
