We will access helpful interventions such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, sand-tray therapy, and others that fit your presenting needs. With young children I use play therapy and expressive arts. My training and professional experience combine with life experiences to make a uniquely compassionate and warm therapeutic relationship.
