I provide a variety of therapy approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are two of my main approaches. These therapeutic interventions allow the client to become aware of how their intrusive thoughts, harmful reactions, or emotional incongruences are contributing to stress felt in various areas of life.
