I believe that a better version of you is possible. My goal is to meet you wherever you are in your journey, and provide the structure and safety of the therapeutic environment, to determine a plan that is specific to your circumstances, and help you put that plan into action to achieve your goals. Making the effort to start and commit to therapy can be difficult to do - if you don't see progress, you can feel discouraged or even worse, hopeless. But there is hope and you do not have to do it alone.
While I work with with people with a wide-range of issues, I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders, as well as various forms of Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. This includes but is not limited to Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Phobias, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Depending on clinical presentation, sometimes the best place to get work done is outside the office setting. As a result, there are situations where we may choose to supplement office work, and manage problems in "real life" together. Depending on clinical presentation and my availability, this may include home visits.
