As clinical therapist I bring over 25 years of experience working with children, families and adults. I am very passionate about helping people and believe in exploring every option for personal growth before using the standard alternatives. Throughout my years as a therapist I had the opportunity to work with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientation in a variety of settings. I have provided clinical services in outpatient mental health facilities, foster care, home services, as well wide range of school settings throughout New York City.
I have been trained in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strength Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am a true believer that one approach to treatment is not answer to all. As everyone comes with different issues, I’m also open to work “outside the box" holistic.
