Women's Self-Esteem & Self-Improvement Group

Supporting and encouraging the hearts, minds, and spirits of women that are broken. This a small group designed for 8-10 women. You can expect a safe environment where there will be discussion, education, and small group activities. Included will be handouts and follow-up assignments between group sessions. Focus: Identify who you are, tools and resources to improve, and opportunity to practice your self-confidence.
