I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a licensed counselor. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Attachment, Mindfulness, and IFS. I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered and attachment focused perspective. I work with the whole person to help experience integrated healing.
